[ Okay, so carrying the furniture is...not actually a big deal, Sylvain's perfectly strong, not small enough to find the load awkward, and used to hauling things around for other people, as a consequence of being zealously helpful to just about every lady within the walls of Garreg Mach.
No, the problem here is the load itself, a jumble of particle board, cardboard, and who-knows-what-else that looks completely inscrutable to the medieval eye, and has come to him in several pieces with an instruction manual that is 1) written in what appears to be Cyrillic, with extremely crude diagrams and 2) is taped to the underside of a piece he hasn't even looked over yet. ]
Is this...really what passes for furniture here?
