As you know, every year I set up a new network for us to have these chats on. As long as you keep them a secret, we'll have this place to vent a little and have some fun. On January 1st, the old network is deactivated and I generate a new one.

This time around, because of the employee tags I use to tell who should and shouldn't have access, the New Hires were included. This was a mistake, but, despite the unintentional sharing of our network with theirs, I don't see the harm in letting them have a space here to talk, as long as they follow the same rules as everyone else.
